Four Pillars
Our Four Pillars
The pillars of a building are generally firm upright structures that strengthen the foundation elements and ensure the integrity of the construction. The pillars can also define the look and character of the building.
Similarly, the pillars of our College provide the foundational supports that guide the day-to-day functions and future strategic direction of the College. The four pillars identify the critical elements of Catholic Education that ensure students graduate with the beliefs, values, attitudes, and skills essential to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing world.
Catholic Identity
To be Christ centred and student focused in all our endeavours and to develop students as whole Christian persons.
Education
To foster excellence through effective contemporary pedagogy that is data informed and where students are engaged, challenged, and progressing.
Community
To be an inclusive and welcoming community that supports students’ wellbeing, meets students’ diverse learning and social needs, and builds strong parent and community partnerships.
Stewardship
To ensure accessibility, affordability, and sustainability while managing our resources to provide the best possible facilities and environments.
